Please note that age verification relating to access to our casino facilities is required at the property. Our minimum age for casino entry is 18 years. We do not process payment card details directly through this Site.

10. Responsible Gaming and Regulatory Information

Casino facilities at Quorvian Estate are available to guests who are 18 years of age or older. Access to our casino facilities requires age verification at the property.

The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) is the public authority responsible for the regulation of gaming in New Zealand and publishes publicly available guidance, self-exclusion tools and information about responsible gaming. These resources are accessible at www.dia.govt.nz.

If you or someone you know requires information or support related to gaming, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand provides a free and confidential helpline and further resources at www.pgf.nz. The national problem gambling helpline is also available free of charge.

We do not process personal information submitted to those independent organisations and this Policy does not apply to their services.
