4.1 Nature of Reservation Requests
Submitting a reservation request through the Website constitutes an offer by you to book accommodation or other services at Quorvian Estate. A binding reservation contract is formed only when we send you a written booking confirmation. Until such confirmation is issued, no contract exists between us.

4.3 Rates and Availability
Room rates and package prices displayed on the Website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to availability and may vary depending on the date, season, room type and promotional offer. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors; in such cases we will notify you promptly and give you the opportunity to confirm your booking at the correct price or cancel without charge.

4.4 Cancellation and Amendment

5.1 General

5.2 Casino Age Restriction
Access to the casino facilities at Quorvian Estate is strictly restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and applies at all times, without exception. Valid photographic identification may be requested at the casino entrance or at any point during your visit. The following are accepted as proof of age:
- New Zealand or international passport;
- New Zealand driver licence or equivalent overseas driver licence;
- New Zealand Kiwi Access Card or equivalent government-issued photographic identity document.
Any person who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18 will be refused entry to or asked to leave casino areas. Staff members have authority to ask for identification from any guest at any time.
5.3 Minors on Property
Persons under the age of 18 are welcome in accommodation and designated non-gaming areas of Quorvian Estate when accompanied by a responsible adult. However, minors must not enter casino gaming areas under any circumstances.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 Our Commitment
